Transfer of Ownership
Transfer of ownership following a death requires that you provide Greylock with: a copy of the deceased's Death Certificate, a copy of the recorded will, and a completed W-9 form for each of the new owners of the oil and gas interests.
Transfer of ownership due to purchase/sale of interest requires that you provide Greylock with: a copy of the recorded deed/assignment of the sales transaction and a completed
W-9 form for each of the new owners of the oil and gas interests.
